Guests and Hosts

We require all Guests (Renters) and Hosts (Owners) to register as a Member of the Zoom EV sharing community before any sharing can be done. This allows us to make sure we run a safe community.

Registration

All you need to do is register on Zoom EV by providing us with the following via our website experience:

• Your name, contact details, DOB

• Your driving license information

• Photos of your driving license and a second proof of address (such as bank statement or utility bill)

• You'll be asked to generate a checkcode on the DVLA website which takes 2 minutes. For this you'll need to enter your driving license number and your national insurance number. This checkcode allows us to check your driving license record and the number of points / offences on your license.

Your profile will then come to Zoom EV to review. We will approve or decline your profile within 24 hours but normally faster. You'll get an email to notify you.

Eligibility Rules

All Guests and Hosts must meet our Member Eligibility Criteria laid out in our T&Cs in order to share.
