What if my details or circumstances change after registration?
If you have any change of circumstances such as:
Change of personal details (contact number, address, birth date etc)
Changes on your driver licence (e.g new points or offences etc)
Please update your profile on the website as soon as possible. Log in and go to 'My Profile'.
Important:
It is your responsibility to make sure all your details are up to date before making a booking and to make sure those details are still the same throughout the sharing session.
If your circumstances change between making the booking and taking the vehicle (up until the end of the booking) that means you are no longer eligible to drive, you should cancel the booking and inform Zoom EV.
